“GR × GROW Design” is a brand manufactured and sold by GROW Co., Ltd.
Optimizes shifting by extending the reach by 120mm compared to the stock setup.
A quick-shift kit designed specifically for DAT (Direct Automatic Transmission) models, allowing for rapid hand movement from the steering wheel.
GROW Design developed this new “Direct Shift” product to enable faster, smoother gear changes during situations requiring quick steering and shifting, such as in competitive driving.

Installing this Direct Shift positions the shift knob—extended 120mm relative to the stock position—right next to the steering wheel’s center line. This allows the driver to operate the shift lever simply by shifting their left hand slightly to the side, facilitating rapid gear changes.
