Why do we charge for a quotation?

The process for providing a spare part quotation is quite time-consuming. It requires our team to verify vehicle compatibility and inspect every detail of the associated subparts, including washers, nuts, and bolts. Charging for this service allows us to dedicate the necessary time and resources to customers with genuine parts requirements.

What will happen when another vendor offers a lower price?

We maintain highly competitive pricing supported by our customer-centric service. If you receive a lower quote from a competitor, we will match that price and provide an additional discount as a token of our appreciation for helping us remain competitive.

Do you refund the quotation fee if we don’t make a purchase?

Yes. We will refund this fee if you purchase the quoted items or any other parts within one month. You are also eligible for a refund under the following conditions:
– Inaccessibility: In case you cannot find the prices, or the part has been discontinued.
– Price Matching: If the customer finds another competitor in Japan that provides prices cheaper than we do, and we are unable to match the prices in the quotation.
