Inheriting the distinctive look of HKS’s past time attack machines, this modification gives the GR86 (BRZ) a powerful impression.
Carbon fiber barge panels are fitted to both ends, creating an ideal aerodynamic effect and a subtle racing look.
In terms of performance, attention was paid to the airflow under the floor, and an additional underpanel has been installed. This reduces drag while improving downforce.

To maximize the effectiveness of the front spoiler, proper airflow management around the rear is also crucial. The unique fin shape optimizes the aerodynamic balance between the front and rear through its airflow management effect. In addition, the carbon fiber barge panels on the sides give the car a powerful, wide appearance reminiscent of a racing car.

REAR WING

• The main wing and wingtip plates are made of lightweight and racy CFRP (twill weave). The aluminum struts, designed for aesthetic appeal, are finished in matte black paint.
• The airfoil cross-section and Gurney flap shape were designed using fluid dynamics analysis to achieve low drag and high downforce.
• The support columns are mounted using a specially designed reinforcing bracket structure to prevent fatigue failure of the trunk panel from repeated downforce loads (MAX Speed: 210 km/h).
• Driving tests with a vehicle equipped with a rear wing and aero kit revealed improvements in driving stability that drivers can clearly feel, such as reduced understeer when entering corners, increased stability during turns, suppressed wobbling during full braking, and improved tire grip.

DUCKTAIL
The ducktail design creates a streamlining effect on the upper surface of the body at high speeds, and combined with the streamlining effect on the lower surface of the body, it improves downforce. This enhances tire grip and driving stability.
