■Sound tuning

By tuning the internal structure and volume of the silencer, we have achieved a gentle yet sporty sound while keeping the volume within the limits required to comply with safety standards.

■ Exhaust performance. 

By employing a φ50.8mm main pipe and routing the pipes with smooth exhaust flow in mind, exhaust resistance has been reduced.
It achieves a high level of balance between sound volume control and improved power performance, which have become essential in modern muffler tuning.
It does not compromise torque in the low- to mid-speed range and delivers a smooth feeling at high RPMs without unnecessarily increasing the sound volume.

■ Quality.

By using SUS304 stainless steel, which offers excellent aesthetics and corrosion resistance, for the main pipe and silencer, and incorporating a bullet-shaped tailpipe, we have created a muffler with a high-quality feel and high durability.

■Tail finish

The tail end is positioned to accommodate the TOUGH urethane bumper. The unique φ76.3mm tail end, with its curled slash-shaped end face, makes a strong statement and completely transforms the rear style of the Jimny/Jimny Sierra.
The vibrant gradient color applied to the end of the tail end, a characteristic of the ‘TYPE Sp-R series’, creates a racy rear view.

■ Compliance with various regulations.

This product complies with the “2016 Muffler Regulations (New System)” and features a certification plate (“Performance Confirmed”) on the silencer. It is
compliant with safety standards, so you can install it with confidence.【specification】

• This product cannot be installed on vehicles other than those specified as compatible.
• Compatibility with bumpers and other aero parts from other manufacturers has not been confirmed.
• The pipe routing and diameter are not the same as on a standard vehicle, and there are places where the gaps between parts are smaller.
• Because the diameter of the muffler tailpipe is larger than the standard one, the gap between it and the bumper will be smaller. Also, if the muffler tailpipe comes into contact with the bumper during aggressive driving, the bumper may melt.
• The proximity exhaust noise levels and compliance with various standards for this product are based on its condition when new.
• Mufflers are consumables. The noise level increases with use, and they also corrode.
