The footrest not only provides a place to rest your feet, but also plays a crucial role in supporting your body while driving. This footrest is larger than the standard footrest, allowing you to stably rest your left foot on it even when wearing large shoes such as outdoor boots, thus firmly holding your body to the seat. A correct driving posture reduces fatigue during long-distance driving and minimizes physical stress such as shoulder and back pain. Furthermore, the distinctive wall positioned on the right side of the footrest prevents body slippage, guiding you to maintain the correct driving posture at all times. Its effectiveness has been demonstrated through practical experiments conducted at the Graduate School of Engineering, Saitama University.
