The vehicle quotation is very time-consuming as it is required. So, we need to identify that we are working with a customer who has a genuine requirement for purchase.

What Will happens when another vendor offers a lower price?

We maintain very competitive prices based on the customer-centric service we offer. Having said that if you get a lower price quote from our competitors we are happy to match the price and even give some discount as an appreciation for helping to keep our price competitive.

Do you refund the Quotation fee if we don’t purchase?

Yes. We refund this if you purchase a quoted vehicle or any other vehicle within one month’s time, You are eligible for a refund if it meets the following conditions.
*If the customer finds another competitor in Japan that provides cheaper than us and we cannot match the prices on the quotation.
